About the Author:
Ronald Rodriguez is a nationally recognized trial and appellate expert, legal educator, and author, whose career has been defined by landmark verdicts, appellate victories, and a passionate commitment to justice. He is Board Certified in both Civil Appellate Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Rodriguez earned his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin School of Business in 1990 and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1993. He is the founder and managing attorney of Texas Personal Injury Experts, PLLC, a premier personal injury law firm with offices in Austin and Laredo, Texas. The firm represents individuals and families affected by catastrophic injuries and wrongful deaths across Texas. With a reputation for record-setting verdicts and high-stakes litigation, the firm provides strategic, client-focused representation in cases involving trucking accidents, oilfield and industrial injuries, defective products, workplace fatalities, premises liability, oil and gas litigation, and probate litigation.
